Developing and executing strategies to increase franchise profitability.
Monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics.
Providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues.
Implementing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises.
Participate in the brand planning process for the brand and own key sections of the plan
Manage components of co-promote alliance and work directly with counterparts
Lead a portfolio of new product commercialization and graphics projects through the new product development process from Define to Post-launch
Manage cross-functional teams, which may include Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Operations, Purchasing, Regulatory, Finance, and Planning
Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned franchise, associated technologies and supply chain to ensure sound decision making from project chartering, through design and development, resulting in market successful products and reliable, cost-effective supply

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, Management, Education, Finance, Accounting, Business/Administration, Economics, Science
With at least 2-5 years proven experience in franchise management or a related field.
Willing to work on-site in Makati City from Monday to Friday
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of business operations and financial management.
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
