About the Role:

The Solution Engineer (Dynamics 365 and Power Platform) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the development of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including integration with existing applications and third-party solutions. She/he is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application systems in operation. This includes identifying and troubleshooting any application issues, resolving or escalating them as needed. Additionally, She/he will assist in gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or tertiary-level institute diploma/certificate preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration/ Management, Engineering, or Computer Science-related courses or equivalent
2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform 5+ years of experience (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration)
3. Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.
4. Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture
5. Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering.
6. Prior experience in agile methodologies (experience in product management).Soft Skills
7. Ability to solve complex technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge.
8. Ability to operate at advanced levels of authority and manage significant activities and resources to produce and take responsibility for results.

12. Experience with the following:

• Dynamics 365 Server-Side and Client-Side Object Model
• Dynamics 365 Plugins and Custom Workflow Development
• .NET Programming Model
• xRM Framework
• Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, PowerBI)
• SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx)
• In-depth knowledge and extensive experience on the following:
• .NET, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS, FabricJS, jQuery), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and other database engines
• C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and the CRM SDK is preferred.

Work Arrangement

Reporting to Onsite work at least 1x a month

Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.
