Descripción

  • Propose Marketing idea, plan and organize marketing campaign/ brand building
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including media buying, social media management, content marketing, and conversion optimisation
  • Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create store traffic and sales opportunities.
  • Manage marketing campaigns such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok and etc
  • Develop and create visual asset design, video, and image for website and social media content
  • Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to the target audience and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimising plans & budgets for follower growth and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify insights, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
  • New digital/social channel planning & explore partnership opportunities
  • Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors' information to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns.


Requisito

  • Diploma / Degree in marketing or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role will be advantages.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and resourceful
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Willing to learn attitude, adaptable.
  • Proficient in Social media platform and online design tool.
  • Proficient in Paid Ads
