REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior Design;
• 1-2 Years Experience In Fit-out Construction; or May also be a Fresh Graduate;
• Softwares: AutoCAD, Revit (Optional but Preferred), Enscape, Photoshop, Google Workspace, Video-Editing Software for Walkthroughs (Optional);
• Strong communication skills;
• Superb work ethic and ability to accept feedback;
• Willingness to work overtime when required;
• Attention to detail;
• Follows instructions;
• Able to interpret written requirements to necessary drawings and models

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Interprets and encodes 2D layouts from client-specified requirements through Request for Proposals (RFP) or Pre-Design Questionnaires (PDQ);
• Assists team in preparing architectural and/or interior design plans particular to office fit out from schematic design, renders, up to construction plans/ vetting plans, shop drawings and detailed drawings;
• Assists in producing construction working drawings and specifications;
• Creates 3D massings and models;
• Creates rendered perspectives of aforementioned 3D massings and models;
• Assists in preparing client presentations and participates during actual bid presentations when needed;
• Prepares conceptual design schemes;
• Produces visual and marketing materials using different graphical programs for design presentations;
• Researches different materials, images, and 3D model components for use on rendering and presentations;
• Updates oneself on design and construction material trends;
• Supports team in liaising with vendors/suppliers for sourcing material specifications, methodologies, and budgetary proposals when needed;
• Able to quantify areas;
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion;
