Descripción

FoodSHAP Inc. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk (Permanent/Full Time). The ideal candidate will be essential in supporting our organization's financial operations. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency of our financial processes, and helping us maintain our commitment to delivering quality services.
JProcess payments and documents (invoices, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions)
Draft and edit financial presentations
Petty Cash Management
Process Government Remittances
Assist in preparing financial statements
Validate official receipts
Review of liquidation
Handle communication between the organization and suppliers related to financial transactions.
Prepare month-end reports: Track, review, and analyze all expenses, budget, and actual data of the company.
File and encode all issued receipts and other supporting documents
Issue bills and OR (Official Receipts) to customers, as needed
Assist in collecting payments from the customers, as needed
Perform other office tasks that may be assigned by the superior

Requisito

Job Specifications
This role requires someone with strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, proficient with computers/accounting software, excellent data management, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Billing, Budgeting, SAP, and Accounting Software.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
