- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
- Optimize warehouse operations, and transportation processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking.
- Implement systems to monitor stock movement, forecast demand, and reduce waste.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and present findings to senior management.
- Set goals, monitor performance, and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
