• Work as interpreter between Japanese Managers and Filipino workers
• Relay the information from Japanese Leaders to Filipino employees
• Attend meetings to discuss company systems with workers
• Visit the site with Japanese Managers to coordinate with Filipino workers
• Assist and welcome visitors or expats from Japan
• Support production related translation
• Can attend meetings during Japanese business trips
• Help employees with training under Japanese supervision
• Do back office related tasks which need Japanese translation

Requirements:

• Can speak Japanese and Tagalog (English is also needed)
• Must be Filipino who speak Japanese
• Must be JLPT PASSERS only (N3, N2 and N1)
• Open to graduate and undergraduate
• Having experience working in Japan is big advantage
• Having Japanese culture is also a big advantage
• Having experience working as interpreter before is also an advantage
• Can process BIR 2303 and an Authority to Print receipt after acquiring an offer.
