Responsibilities:


  • Recruit all local employees for the project
  • Manage labor contracts and personnel files
  • Handle payroll calculation and processing
  • Administer social security and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Manage employee relations and workplace injury cases
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) regulations
  • Provide basic support for government inspections and permits
  • Assist with compliance applications for foreign-owned companies, if required


Requirements:

  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in project-based
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, social security, and benefits administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience handling payroll and employee records
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with both local and international teams


Work location: Quezon City

Work Setup: Fully onsite (only applicants residing in Metro Manila and nearby provinces will be processed)

Work schedule: Dayshift
