Job Description

Job title: Digital Ads Specialist

Type of employment: Full-time (Remote)

Shift Schedule: 8:00 am-4:00pm CST


  • The Digital Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Instagram. This role requires a hands-on expert who can independently manage ad budgets, analyze data, and scale campaigns to drive measurable e-commerce sales growth.
  • This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for someone with strong initiative, a results-driven mindset, and proven experience in managing ad spend for e-commerce businesses.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Effectively manage and scale paid advertising campaigns to achieve set performance targets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Continuously monitor, optimize, and report on ad campaign performance to drive consistent e-commerce sales growth.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad sets, audience targeting strategies, and creative variations in collaboration with the Ads Creative Specialist.
  • Monitor key metrics such as ad spend, conversions, and ROAS, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the business owner.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and compliant.
  • Manage ad budgets responsibly, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Respond promptly to urgent campaign needs or meetings during work hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing paid social media and Google ad campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance effectively.
  • Solid understanding of ad budget management and performance reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities without close supervision.
  • Reliable access to a laptop and stable internet connection during work hours.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience scaling ad budgets while maintaining or improving ROAS.
  • Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and performance-based optimization.
  • Awareness of e-commerce marketing trends and consumer behavior.
