Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance & Procurement Officer to perform a variety of accounting and purchasing activities within required timeframes. The role will support both the finance and procurement functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: 

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Raise invoices in QuickBooks and other client platforms (e.g., Ariba, Payapps)
• Set up recurring invoices and monitor payment schedules
• Manage and track retentions — due dates, claims, and follow-ups
• Send account statements and perform initial collection activities (Head Office Finance handles escalations)
• Assist with client/vendor onboarding and completion of vendor application forms

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process approved expense claims and enter into QuickBooks
• Handle month-end activities including accruals and prepayments
• Generate financial and reconciliation reports
• Manage company credit cards — applications, cancellations, register updates, and reconciliation
• Administer Motorpass fuel cards and Citilink E-tags for company vehicles (requests, cancellations, invoice processing)
• Assist with motor vehicle administration — purchase documentation, insurance, accident claims, and trade-ins
• Coordinate with employees and managers for payment of fines (parking, speeding, etc.)

Purchasing

• Follow company procurement policies and procedures
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase records
• Support the Procurement Specialist with pricing updates and supplier coordination as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or procurement support
• Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
