• Clean, sandblast, or chemically treat metal surfaces prior to painting
• Apply paint, varnish, or other coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes
• Mix and prepare paint materials according to specifications
• Operate painting equipment safely and maintain cleanliness
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups
• Follow technical drawings or instructions related to painting work
• Conduct regular maintenance of tools and paint booths
• Ensure workplace safety and use appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Comply with Japanese industry standards for environmental and quality management

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience is just an advantage.
• Can fulfill a 3-year contract in Japan.
• At least high school or vocational graduate.
• Basic automotive knowledge or experience (preferred).
• Willing to undergo Japanese language training (usually N4 level or higher).
• Physically fit for manual work.
