- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, team player, and reliable
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
