Position Summary
Native is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to join the team. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, maintaining product documentation, and facilitating clear, transparent communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in FinTech and trading systems, foundational product management skills, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Tech Head to plan, organize, and oversee Native’s end-to-end development process
• Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery of development projects
• Coordinate cross-departmental teams (including developers, researchers, and business stakeholders) to align direction and achieve project goals
• Maintain and review product documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure full understanding of project objectives and status
• Identify and resolve potential risks and bottlenecks in the product development process
• Track product milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs), and report regularly to senior management
• Support the implementation of project management best practices
• Assist in drafting and maintaining related documentation, including Native product materials, internal process guides, and new hire onboarding manuals
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above from a “985” or “211” institution in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 1–5 years of product management experience; candidates with software development, blockchain, or DeFi project experience will be given priority
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Notion) and GitHub
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of building effective bridges between technical and non-technical teams
