Job Responsibilities - Target local Japanese enterprise clients with JD’s integrated warehousing and distribution solutions (warehousing + delivery + end-to-end supply chain). - Provide customized logistics and supply chain solutions based on client business scenarios. - Independently drive opportunity development, client negotiations, and contract signing. - Achieve defined sales targets and performance goals. 3. Core Candidate Profile (Very Important) (1) Industry and Experience Background - Preferred: Background in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, 3PL, or related industries. - Acceptable: Non-logistics backgrounds, provided the candidate has a substantive understanding of logistics operations and relevant sales experience. (2) Most Critical Requirement: Local Network Resources (Priority) - Strongly emphasize candidates who have immediately deployable local Japanese contacts. - Business context: - The sales role in Japan includes a three-month performance evaluation period. - Sales targets must be met during the evaluation period, with clear performance pressure. - Candidates should be able to generate orders quickly rather than starting from zero. - Company support: - The company will provide certain resources and support during the first three months. - Not suitable for candidates who need to build a client base entirely from scratch. - Interview focus: - Past sales performance - Quality of client resources - Sales strategy and execution capability (3) Education Requirements - Generally: Bachelor’s degree or above. - Exceptionally outstanding candidates with an associate degree may also be considered. (4) Nationality and Language - No nationality restrictions. - Chinese nationals residing in Japan preferred: - Unrestricted communication with the China headquarters. - Japanese: Business-level proficiency or above. - Non-Chinese candidates: - Must possess English proficiency for work communication.
