Install, configure, and deploy hardware and devices used in bus operations (routers, CCTV, GPS, POS, tablets, inspector body cameras).
Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure systems are working effectively.
Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues (on-site or remote).
Support field teams with technical concerns and service requests.
Maintain inventory and logs of IT equipment, repairs, and replacements.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for servicing and support.
Provide documentation of device deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
Conduct system performance checks and report recurring issues.
Provide support during system rollouts, upgrades, or changes.
Assist with software installation and updates.
Ensure systems comply with data and operational security standards.
