Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Post jobs on open-source boards
Search for new candidates using various tools and sources
Actively source and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.
Organize interviews
Approve and write job offers for candidates
Help candidates to adapt to the new work environment
Manage a candidate database
Perform analysis and internal reporting
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
Creating, maintaining, and organizing office records, files, and databases
Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked
Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation
Assisting in the implementation of office policies and procedures
Implement HR policies and procedures across global location

Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment
Expertise in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and recruitment
Strong understanding of global recruitment processes and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing HR operations in multiple countries.
Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques
