Remote Customer Service Specialist, with a base salary of 1400-1500 USD,
Updated requirements for the Customer Service Specialist position include a diploma or higher, with a preference for candidates having over 1 year of experience in customer service at cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, or traditional finance. Experience with Gate, Weex, Kucoin, XT, Huobi, or MEXC is preferred.
Familiarity with mainstream cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, etc.) and basic blockchain knowledge is required, as well as an understanding of trading terminology (such as spot/contract/APY, etc.). Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Fluency in English and/or other languages is preferred (targeting international markets). Proficiency in Office software is required, and the role includes night shifts on a two-shift system. Both Chinese nationals and foreigners are welcome to apply.
