Job Description
Marshal Electrical & Metal Products Co. Ltd. is hiring a Fabrication Machine Operator / Welding Assistant to support sheet metal fabrication, machine operation, welding assistance, and general production activities within our manufacturing facility.
This role is ideal for applicants who are technically inclined, willing to learn fabrication processes, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop-floor environment.
Training will be provided for qualified applicants with good work attitude, technical aptitude, and willingness to learn fabrication machinery and production processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesFabrication and Welding Support
- Assist in light welding and fabrication activities
- Support resistance spot welding and basic fabrication operations
- Handle sheet metal parts and repetitive production tasks
- Assist in material preparation and fabrication workflow
Machine Operation Support
- Operate and assist with fabrication machines such as:
- Press Brake
- Punching Machine
- Shearing Machine
- Laser Cutting Machine
- Grinders and basic shop tools
- Follow machine procedures, work instructions, and safety standards
- Support machine setup, adjustment, and production operations
Production and Quality Support
- Measure and verify dimensions using measuring tools
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards
- Follow supervisor instructions and production schedules
- Assist in maintaining production quality and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Senior High School or Technical Vocational graduate
- Basic welding or fabrication knowledge is an advantage
- Physically fit and willing to work on the shop floor
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and safety-conscious
- Willing to learn fabrication machinery and manufacturing processes
Preferred Skills
- TESDA NC II is an advantage
- Experience in fabrication, welding, or machine operation is a plus
- Able to understand technical procedures and machine settings
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication is an advantage

Monday to Saturday
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
