岗位职责
- 负责公司 C 端产品的前端开发与持续优化，确保高性能与良好的用户体验
- 基于 React + TypeScript 技术栈构建高质量、可维护的前端应用；
- 使用 Node.js 参与 BFF 层或服务端接口的设计与开发；
- 与产品、设计、后端团队紧密协作，推动需求高质量落地；
- 参与技术方案评审、代码审查及前端工程化建设；
- 持续关注前沿技术趋势，探索 AI 工具在开发流程中的应用与落地。
任职要求
- 第一学历为全日制统招本科及以上，计算机相关专业；
- 3-7年前端开发工作经验；
- 3 年以上 C 端产品开发经验，对用户体验和交互细节有较高敏感度；
- 熟练掌握 React、TypeScript、Node.js，理解其底层原理；
- 熟悉前端工程化体系（Webpack / Vite、CI/CD 等）；
- 具备良好的代码规范意识，有组件库设计或基础建设经验者优先。
加分项
- 有跨端开发经验（React Native / Taro / uni-app / Electron 等）；
- AI 编程基础扎实，熟练使用 AI 辅助开发工具（如 Copilot、Cursor 等），或有 LLM 应用集成开发经验；
- 有大流量、高并发 C 端产品从 0 到 1 经历者优先；
- 具备良好的技术文档撰写与团队协作能力。
