一、岗位职责
1. 负责 Web/App 端界面 UI 视觉设计，产出高质量、可落地的 Figma 原型，并参与或主导 设计系统（Design System） 的搭建与维护（颜色、字体、间距、组件规范等）。
2. 负责公司日常运营视觉设计输出，包括但不限于：活动海报、Banner、专题页、推广图、品牌宣传物料、节日活动图等（日常工作中运营类设计约占60%，界面UI约占40%）。
3. 根据产品调性，完成 icon、logo、水印、启动页、落地页 等产品上线前所需物料，并按运营需求产出高质量视觉内容（活动弹窗、推广图等）。
二、任职要求
1. 5年以上设计经验，精通 Figma，有实际从0到1建设或维护 设计系统（Design System） 的经验。
2. 熟练使用 AI 设计工具（Midjourney / ChatGPT / Agent 等），能够辅助创意生成与设计提效。
3. 熟练使用 Photoshop、Illustrator、Figma 等主流设计工具，具备良好的设计执行能力与规范意识。
4. 能高效配合运营、策划、产品等相关部门，在较快节奏下完成设计需求落地，并根据反馈及时优化迭代。
