Position: Amazon Virtual Assistant - Arbitrage And Wholesale - North America

Hours Offered: 20-40 hours/week (with some flexibility but mostly will be required to adhere to a fixed schedule)

Wage Offered Is: $3.00 - $5.00 USD/hour, depending on your level of experience, with potential for raises and bonuses.

Training Provided: First 2 weeks is a free comprehensive, intensive training course in Amazon fundamentals designed to train you to work for Amazon sellers (admin tasks + sourcing).

Job Tasks Include

• Arbitrage and wholesale sourcing (US and Canada)
• Working with prep center software
• Working with an order tracker and auditing shipments
• Working with inventory management software
• Submitting ungating requests
• Sellerboard - adding purchase orders, expenses, and flagging products for restocking
• Submitting reimbursement requests
• Creating advertising campaigns and coupons
• Monitoring account health
• Updating COGS in repricer software
• Writing SOPs
• Other general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• No Amazon experience required - We just want smart people who are eager to learn
• Google Sheets experience: entering data, formatting text, entering formulas, cutting and pasting rows, inserting columns
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions precisely and check your own work
• Reliable and organized with the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
• Enthusiastic learner who asks questions to clarify instructions and makes sure the work is done correctly the first time
• Pro-active mindset: someone who notices tasks or corrections that need to be done without waiting to be told every step
