Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist the management team in performing administrative tasks, data management, internal/external communication, and supporting the smooth operation of projects digitally. This position is ideal for individuals who are independent, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and organizing virtual meetings and activity reminders
• Assisting with the management of company emails and important documents
• Creating and editing reports, presentations, or project documents
• Compiling and updating the database of clients, partners, and vendors
• Organizing and archiving documents digitally
• Facilitating basic communication with clients or third parties on behalf of management
• Assisting with other daily administrative tasks as needed
