Job Description
1. 负责 Web、App 产品的界面设计、交互设计及体验优化；
2. 参与产品需求讨论，将业务需求转化为合理的设计方案；
3. 熟悉 AI 设计工具及相关工作流，能够熟练运用 Figma Make、Gemini 等工具辅助完成页面设计、风格探索、设计延展、文案辅助及方案输出；
4. 能根据产品原型、线框图或需求说明，快速输出高保真设计稿，并保持设计质量与规范统一；
5. 输出高保真设计稿、交互说明与设计规范；
6. 与产品、开发紧密配合，跟进设计落地与效果验收；
7. 持续优化现有产品体验，提升易用性与一致性；
8. 参与设计系统与组件库的建设与维护；
9. 负责品牌运营相关海报、活动视觉及宣传物料设计，提升品牌形象与传播效果；
10. 持续关注 AI 在 UI/UX 设计领域的应用，探索并沉淀适合团队的 AI 工作流与提效方式。
