我们在找一位"既有产品脑、又能自己动手实现"的设计师,加入一个正在打造 macOS 桌面 AI 产品的小团队。
你需要:
- 扎实的视觉与交互功底,对细节有洁癖:间距、字阶、动效节奏、信息层级,肉眼容错率低;
- 有产品判断力:能从用户场景出发权衡功能取舍,定义设计假设、看懂漏斗与留存,用数据和 A/B 验证方案,敢为专业观点据理力争;
- 能亲手落地:用代码实现自己的设计(SwiftUI / React 不限,善用 Claude Code、Cursor 等 AI 工具),交付的是能跑的体验,不只是稿子;
- 有设计系统思维:从单点沉淀 token、组件与规范,让设计与代码同源;
- 能独立拆解模糊需求,主动补全上下文;沟通强,心态开放、接得住高频反馈。
加分项: 0→1 产品经验;AI 产品交互(agent、ambient UI)的思考;品牌 / IP / 动效积累。
