岗位职责：
1、参与需求评审，编写测试用例、测试计划，执行功能测试、回归测试、兼容性测试等，确保测试覆盖率和质量
2、提交、跟踪、验证缺陷，与开发团队协作推动问题解决
3、参与或主导自动化测试脚本编写、维护，提升测试效率
4、参与性能测试、安全测试等专项测试工作
5、编写测试报告，输出测试结果，为产品发布提供决策依据
6、参与测试流程优化，推动测试左移和持续集成实践
岗位要求：
1、5年以上工作经验，有top15cex/dex3年以上工作经验
2、精通软件测试理论、方法和流程，熟练掌握至少一种主流编程语言（如Java/Python）。在自动化测试、性能测试、安全测试或白盒测试等某一专业领域有深厚积累
3、熟悉敏捷开发、DevOps流程，对CI/CD有深入理解。具备大型复杂系统（如微服务架构、云原生应用）的测试规划和实施经验
4、对新技术保持敏感，能主动引入创新测试方法和工具（如AI在测试中的应用）以提升效能
5、拥有跨部门沟通和协调能力，能有效解决冲突，推动复杂问题解决

2、有交易所、理财、支付测试经验优先
