Job Description
【岗位职责】
1、根据功能和非功能性要求编写、维护和执行测试用例。
2、与跨职能团队（开发者、项目经理等）合作，了解产品并识别测试需求。
3、执行手动测试，确保软件质量。
4、使用缺陷跟踪系统记录和跟踪缺陷和问题。
5、与开发者紧密合作，重现问题并为修复缺陷提供反馈。
6、关注新的测试工具和行业趋势。
7、参与持续改进计划，以提高测试过程的效率。
【任职要求】
1、5年以上工作经验，了解编程基本知识。有相关核心银行项目存贷款模块测试工作经验。愿意学习
2、能通过学习和指导根据英文需求文档编写英语测试用例
3、良好理解能力、问题解决能力和细节关注能力。
5、能够在指导下够独立工作，也能够作为团队的一员工作。
6、良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
7、愿意学习和适应新技术。
