Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for functional testing, API testing, and data testing of the company’s core business systems. 2. Independently develop and maintain automation scripts to ensure the accuracy and consistency of business data. 3. Participate in big data–related testing activities, including data collection and data processing quality assurance. 4. Gain deep understanding of business logic to create test plans and test cases, ensuring product quality. 5. Track and diagnose issues, drive their resolution, and produce test reports and quality analyses. 6. Participate in requirement reviews and technical design reviews, offering professional input from a testing perspective. 7. Continuously optimize testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality. Qualifications 1. Up to 3 years of testing experience in an Internet company, with strong business acumen and the ability to quickly grasp complex business logic. 2. Solid Python development skills, capable of independently creating testing tools and scripts. 3. Familiarity with common testing methods and tools, including web testing, mobile app testing, and API testing. 4. Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to perform complex data queries and analyses. 5. Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive is a plus. 6. Proven ability to independently manage project testing and drive quality assurance. 7. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, high quality standards, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
