Job Title: Vaganova Ballet Teacher

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (negotiable)

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Vaganova ballet teacher to join our dance academy in Brunei. The ideal candidate will have formal training in the Vaganova method and proven experience teaching students of various ages and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and deliver structured ballet classes based on the Vaganova syllabus.

· Teach students from beginner to advanced levels, including children, teens, and adults.

· Prepare students for exams, performances, and competitions.

· Maintain a disciplined yet encouraging learning environment.

· Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

· Formal certification or degree in ballet pedagogy, specifically in the Vaganova method.

· Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience (preferred).

· Professional performance experience is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Willing to relocate to Brunei for the duration of the contract.
