Responsibilities:

1. Assist the exchange with license applications and related regulatory submissions.

2. Develop and optimize customer asset and fund segregation policies to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.

3. Monitor and assess the execution of fund segregation, including cold/hot wallet operations, account segregation, and third-party custody arrangements.

4. Assist in establishing internal control processes to safeguard the security and transparency of customer assets.

5. Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure effective policy implementation.

Requirements:

1. Experience in the digital asset or financial industry, with a solid understanding of virtual asset regulatory requirements.

2. Proficiency in developing and executing fund segregation, internal control, and compliance policies.

3. Proven track record of drafting customer asset and fund segregation policies for exchanges and assisting in successfully obtaining licenses.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with virtual asset licensing and regulatory requirements in jurisdictions such as El Salvador and Dubai. Fluency in Chinese is required; English proficiency is a plus. Prior exchange compliance experience is essential; candidates from traditional industries will not be considered.
