What you'll do:

• Source and attract candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
• Manage the candidate pipeline and keep hiring managers updated
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Deliver a great candidate experience from first contact to offer

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles
• Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to speak credibly with engineers
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
