岗位职责
专注东南亚（新加坡、马来西亚、印尼、泰国、越南等）人才寻访，负责海外岗位全流程招聘：需求对接、简历搜索、候选人沟通、面试协调、offer 跟进及入职落地
熟练使用 LinkedIn、JobStreet、Indeed 等东南亚主流招聘渠道，搭建人才池，主动寻访技术 / 金融类海外候选人
维护候选人关系，做好面试反馈、背调协同，提升面试到岗转化率
定期输出招聘进度报表，复盘渠道效能，持续优化寻访策略
任职要求
至少1 年及以上招聘经验，深耕东南亚 SEA 市场招聘优先，熟悉东南亚求职市场特点
英文读写沟通流利，可独立对接海外候选人
熟练运用海外招聘平台，具备主动寻访（headhunt）能力
目标感强，沟通高效，能独立推进多个招聘需求
有银行、金融、IT 科技岗位招聘经验加分
