Job Description
1.分析GPU微架构特性(SM调度、Warp执行模型、内存层级、[ensorCore利用率等).
为Kernel优化和算子设计提供硬件层面的指导。

2.针对LLM推理的核心计算模式(Attention、MoE路由、(V-Cache 访存等)，从硬件角度定位瓶颈并提出优化方案。
3.结合 Nsight Compute等硬件级 Profling 工具，做指令级/访存级的深度性能分析，输出可落地的优化建议。
4.协助评估新一代GPU架构特性(如Hopper/Blackwell的新特性)，输出适配方案与性能基线。
5.与算子优化团队紧密配合，将硬件洞察转化为实际的Kernel性能提升。
6.参与多卡/多机场景下的通信拓扑分析与NCCL调优，优化分布
式推理的整体效率。
1木科及以学历。5年以上工作经验计算机体系结构相关专业背景，对CPU/GPU 的流水线、缓存、并行模型有系统理解。了解GPU架构基本概念(SM、Warp、共享内存、全局内、Tensor Core等)
