Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Bridging Systems Engineer Team Leader (BSE Leader) to coordinate communications between overseas (China, Vietnam) development teams and domestic Japanese clients.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage the development team in China

- Oversee the work of Bridging Systems Engineers as the BSE Leader

- Align schedules and requirements between Japanese clients and the development teams

- Initially participate in an in-vehicle (IVI) software development project

- Collaborate with the testing center to address client inquiries regarding quality

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

- Management experience in in-vehicle (IVI) software development

- Extensive experience in client communications in Japanese

- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher (fluent in reading, writing, and conversation)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Management experience with a technical background

- Experience in in-vehicle embedded systems cockpit domain (keywords: IVI, CDC, etc.)

Career Development Path:

BSE Leader → Project Manager (PM) → Account Manager (AM)
