任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业，985/211院校或海外知名院校毕业生。
- 3年以上开发经验，精通Golang或Python，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟悉高性能编程模型。
- 拥有处理高并发、高可用分布式系统的实战经验，熟悉微服务架构，熟悉Docker/K8S及Kafka等消息中间件。
- 熟悉CEX业务流程，深刻理解订单簿、撮合算法、ADL等交易系统核心逻辑。
- 在交易所实际做过风控和做市商系统。
- 能独立解决复杂的系统性问题。
