Operators (Technical Moderators)
Operators are technical moderators who work behind the scenes to support streaming operations and maintain stream quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Operate streaming software and tools
• Monitor and moderate live streams
• Manage technical setup and troubleshooting
• Support stream performance and quality
Qualification Requirements:
• PC or Laptop ownership
• Compatible CPU and GPU specifications as per campaign requirements
• Minimum 100 Mbps internet connection
• Technical aptitude and basic computer skills
• Ability to work with streaming software and online systems
