Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Promotion

• Facilitate campaigns and initiatives to generate new leads, improve sales conversion, and enhance the customer experience
• Promote and offer COL products and services— including the COL Strategic Growth Fund (CSG), COL
• Equity Index Fund (CEIF), and other key offerings—to prospective and existing clients
• Support the organization and facilitation of company events and financial literacy activities

Account Opening & Onboarding

• Manage the completion, review, and approval of account applications, ensuring timely funding and progression to the first investment or trade
• Provide responsive assistance to customer inquiries via walk-ins, email, or phone, ensuring clear communication and professional support

Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all sales CRM platforms
• Prepare regular reports, including monthly sales reports and other required documentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or any related course
• At least 2 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Client Services; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools or dashboards is a plus
• Background in event planning, digital campaigns, or marketing communications is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of financial markets is preferred but not required
• Willing to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
