Deliver and facilitate ISTQB and IREB certification courses, including but not limited to CTFL, CPRE, and other related modules, in accordance with assigned schedules and training requirements.
Possess and maintain valid HRD Corp Accredited Trainer certification.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Conduct pilot sessions for newly developed training materials and programmes.
Maintain professionalism and a positive learning environment throughout all sessions.
Support the promotion of the company’s products and services during training engagements where appropriate.
Collaborate with Trainers and Leads on training delivery, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and communicate training needs, feedback, and recommendations.
Develop, review, test, and enhance training materials, strategies, and initiatives.
Ensure the use of accurate, approved, and up-to-date training materials.
Monitor training schedules and maintain relevant training records, reports, and collected data.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
