What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the social media team to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of content
• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms
• Create, schedule, and analyze content that aligns with brand goals and audience interests
• Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output
• Monitor trends and performance to optimize campaigns and boost engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 or more years of proven experience in managing social media platforms (team management experience is a plus!)
• Strong eye for design; experience with Canva is required, Photoshop is a bonus
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, engaging content
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset
• Must have a reliable computer and a stable internet connection
