SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (Video Content Focused)

We’re a fast-scaling finance brand with 500,000+ YouTube subscribers, focused on high-impact, performance-driven content. We’re building an elite in-house editing team to scale long-form and short-form video production.

What you’ll do:

- Edit 1–2 long-form YouTube videos weekly

- Produce 14+ short-form videos weekly (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)

- Create high-retention, hook-driven content (first 1–3 seconds matter most)

- Turn long-form videos into viral short clips

- Optimize for watch time, engagement, and platform performance

- Own the full editing pipeline and workflow

Requirements:

- 3+ years in short-form video editing

- 3+ years in long-form YouTube editing

- Strong experience in social media video marketing

- Proficiency in CapCut, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro

- Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and analytics

- Proven full-time editing experience (not freelance side work)

- Portfolio required

Nice to have:

- Experience with finance, business, or educational content

- Experience working with large creators or influencer brands

- YouTube growth and analytics knowledge

This is a Full-time, high-ownership role —no outside work allowed.
