Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute Web3-themed content across platforms such as Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord;

2. Write English copy that aligns with Web3 culture (including meme culture and crypto terminology) to boost brand exposure and engagement in overseas communities;

3. Organize online events (e.g., AMAs, airdrop campaigns, NFT interactions) to increase follower activity and conversion rates;

4. Collaborate with product and technical teams to translate complex Web3 concepts into accessible content;

5. Support marketing initiatives (e.g., summits, hackathons) to expand brand influence.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Web3/cryptocurrency social media operations, with in-depth knowledge of major platforms (Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord);

2. Fluent in English with the ability to produce smooth, native-sounding copy tailored to Web3 terminology;

3. Well-versed in Web3 community culture (e.g., meme culture, anonymity) and able to quickly integrate with diverse international user groups;

4. A proactive approach to exploring new engagement methods (e.g., AI-generated content, interactive polls) to enhance content appeal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in a second foreign language (e.g., Spanish, Japanese) to cover emerging markets;

• Experience collaborating with KOLs, including independently contacting and managing overseas influencers;

• Familiarity with SEO optimization to improve content ranking on Google.
