岗位职责
1.分析并提升网站加载速度（Page Speed），优化 Core Web Vitals (核心网页指标)，改善用户体验和排名因素。
2.进行深入的市场和竞争对手关键词研究，识别高价值的短尾、长尾关键词和潜在的用户搜索意图。
3.定期分析和监控网站的反向链接（Backlinks）档案，识别并处理有害或低质量链接。
4.使用 Google Analytics (GA4)、Google Search Console、SEO 工具（如 Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz 等）追踪和分析 SEO 绩效数据（如排名、流量、转化率、用户行为）。
5. 定期向团队或管理层提交 SEO 绩效报告，解释数据背后的意义，总结工作成果和存在的问题。
任职要求：
1. 熟悉 Google 搜索引擎的工作原理、排名因素和主要算法更新（如 Core Updates）。
2.精通 Google Search Console 和 Google Analytics 的使用。熟悉至少一种主流的第三方 SEO 分析工具。
3. 具备3 年以上的 SEO 工作经验。
4. 具备良好的数据分析能力、项目管理能力和跨部门沟通协作能力。
加分项：
1.了解 HTML/CSS/JavaScript 的基础知识，能够与开发团队有效沟通技术需求；具备多语言 SEO 经验
2.有web3或cex项目经验。
