Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and scale a team of Sales Representatives focused on driving revenue through both inbound and outbound sales channels. You will be the driving force behind achieving sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Monitor KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and CSAT scores.
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training.
• Oversee inbound and outbound sales for account management and new acquisition.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Plan and oversee telemarketing campaigns via CRM.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years overall sales experience.
• Min. 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven B2B sales experience (US market exposure preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
