Responsibilities:
* Prospect and develop new B2B accounts (retailers, distributors, exporters)
* Follow up on inbound leads
* Present inventory opportunities to buyers
* Assist in managing deal flow and closing transactions
* Build and maintain long-term buyer relationships
* Support CEO on strategic sales initiatives
* Manage CRM system and maintain accurate buyer data
* Integrate new contacts into CRM workflows
* Develop, launch, and oversee email marketing campaigns
* Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing outreach strategy
Requirements:
* Florida-based (must be local)
* Available to work in-office 2–3 times per week during the first few weeks
* After ramp-up: hybrid / work-from-home flexibility
* Driven, competitive, and self-motivated
* Strong communication skills
* Sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)
* Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms required
* Comfortable integrating contacts, organizing pipelines, and overseeing campaign implementation
* Great opportunity for someone coming out of college with hunger and ambition

Compensation:
