The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports both sales execution and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and strengthen brand presence. This role manages lead generation, client engagement, partnership coordination, and campaign implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and convert leads from social media, events, and referrals.
• Manage and maintain relationships with referral partners and clients.
• Coordinate sales appointments, CRM updates, and marketing follow-ups.
• Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and event coordination.
• Conduct market research and track campaign performance.
• Lead planning and logistics for Bai Academy sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Canva.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
