店舗の運営サポート
スタッフの管理やシフト作成
売上や在庫の管理
お客様対応やクレーム対応
店長の代わりに店舗をまとめる仕事
本社への報告
※試用期間3ヵ月：（試用期間中のお給料は経験や能力により変動します）
※固定残業代45時間分・8万円を含む
※交通費支給
※ボーナス・賞与あり（実績と個人のパフォーマンスをふまえ0～3か月分）入社1年後から支給

Requirements
高級レストランでの勤務経験大歓迎
チームリーダー 飲食業での接客経験が1-3年以上ある方
アシスタントマネージャー 同職種において管理職経験者がある方
Shift-Based Schedule·勤務時間 10:00〜23:00 実働8h・休憩2h ※勤務時間については相談に応じます 休日・休暇 ※休日出勤の可能性あり
