【⼯作职责】
1.深⼊研究多市场多品种数字货币的交易策略，协助构建投资组合
2.⾼效利⽤机器学习、深度学习或强化学习⼯具对数据进⾏建模并进⾏策略回测和优化
3.与团队密切合作，优化算法交易系统、实施算法交易策略
4.负责交易策略的运⾏及⻛险监控
【岗位要求】
1.取得计算机科学、数学、⾦融⼯程或相关学科的⾼级学位
2.1-3年⾼频量化策略交易或研究经验
3.熟悉市场微观结构和回测系统
4.具有丰富的数学和统计建模、数据分析、因⼦⽣成、策略优化经验
5.求知欲强，善于创造性解决问题，对数字货币领域拥有极⼤热情
6.具有强⼤的技术能⼒，熟练掌握Python或C++。熟悉延迟优化、策略执⾏优化、回测系统优化者优先，熟悉前沿机器学习算法者优先。
