We’re Hiring in Pakistan: Payment Channel Development Manager

Location: Pakistan — Islamabad preferred

Work Mode: Hybrid, with regular onsite meetings and business travel

Languages: English and Urdu

StarPago is expanding its payment business in Pakistan and is looking for an experienced Payment Channel Development Manager to support our local market development.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain partnerships with local banks, PSPs, payment aggregators and digital wallets.
• Lead payment API integrations, corporate wallet/account opening and payment-channel implementation.
• Negotiate pricing, settlement terms and commercial agreements.
• Support merchant onboarding, due diligence and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with relevant institutions on EMI, PSP or PSO licensing matters.
• Conduct regular onsite meetings with partners across Pakistan.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Pakistan’s payments, fintech, banking or telecom sectors.
• Experience with JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks, PSPs or payment aggregators is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on involvement in payment API or channel-integration projects.
• Strong local business-development, negotiation and partnership-management capabilities.
• Comfortable supporting compliant payment partnerships for online gaming clients.
• Able to travel regularly for partner meetings; existing local resources are a plus.
