PHRN / USRN - Clinical Disability Claims

We are currently seeking qualified and dedicated PHRN/USRN professionals to join a healthcare team specializing in Clinical Disability Claims.

This role is ideal for licensed nurses who are looking to leverage their clinical expertise in a non-bedside setting while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home arrangement.

Job Details:

Location: Pasay City, Philippines

Work Setup: Work From Home

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: PHP 60,700 - PHP 85,700 + PHP 5,675 Allowances

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate medical records and clinical documentation related to disability claims.

• Assess Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims based on established guidelines and policies.

• Analyze clinical information to determine claim eligibility and appropriate claim outcomes.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete claim assessments and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient claim processing and resolution.

• Maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must possess an active and unrestricted PHRN or USRN license.

• Experience in Clinical Disability Claims, specifically handling Short-Term Disability (STD) and/or Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims, is required.

• Candidates with or without hospital bedside experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong clinical assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
