Position Overview

OliviaBoard is seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for temporary and short-term assignments across partnering healthcare facilities. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in various clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility protocols
• Ensure patient safety and infection control standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred depending on assignment)
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Medical-Surgical
• Long-Term Care
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Rehabilitation
• Home Health
• ICU / ER (for specialized assignments)
