岗位职责
1. 制定并执行亚太区渠道战略，推动收入规模化增长
2. 搭建并拓展由系统集成商、分销商、战略合作伙伴组成的优质生态体系
3. 主导合作伙伴的挖掘、入驻及赋能体系搭建工作
4. 与区域销售团队紧密协作，推动渠道端的销售线索拓展与业绩达成
5. 建立合作伙伴分级体系、激励机制及业绩考核框架
6. 协同售前、产品及市场团队，提供端到端的自动化解决方案
7. 代表公司出席高层会议、行业活动，参与战略谈判
任职要求
1. 8-15年渠道销售、合作伙伴管理或间接销售相关工作经验
2. 具备搭建并规模化拓展亚太区合作伙伴生态的成功经验
3. 拥有系统集成商、物流及自动化领域合作伙伴的优质人脉资源
4. 具备仓储自动化、移动机器人（AMR）、工业自动化、供应链解决方案等相关行业从业经验
5. 深刻理解以合作伙伴为核心的市场进入（GTM）战略
6. 具备出色的领导能力、谈判能力及利益相关方管理能力
7. 能适应亚太区多市场、多文化的工作环境
8. 普通话流利，英语流利者优先
